• Strictly necessary cookies: These are essential for the platform to function. • Payment processors: Your financial data is shared with the relevant payment service provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa/Mastercard networks) to the extent strictly necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal transaction.
• Identity verification providers: During the KYC process, identity documents may be processed by a third-party identity verification service. Such providers act as data processors under pkrbt's instruction and are bound by contractual obligations prohibiting further use of your data.

• Active account data: Personal data associated with an active pkrbt account is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under pkrbt's gaming license.
• KYC and identity documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five years following the completion of the KYC process or the closure of the account, whichever is later.
• Transaction records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years following the date of the transaction, in accordance with standard financial record-keeping requirements.

pkrbt is strictly an adult platform. The minimum age to register and use pkrbt is 21 years. pkrbt does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21. All registration applicants are required to confirm their age during sign-up, and age verification is conducted via CNIC during the KYC process.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the pkrbt platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment to this Policy, you should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the pkrbt Terms and Conditions.
