In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkrbt", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkrbt platform and the entity operating pkrbt.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pkrbt platform or accesses any part of the site.
• "Platform" refers to the pkrbt website at pkrbt.net, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and promotional systems.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account maintained on the pkrbt platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins winnings, or matched bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all pkrbt transactions are denominated.
• "Agreement" refers collectively to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the pkrbt platform.

By accessing the pkrbt platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the pkrbt platform.

This Agreement constitutes the entire contractual relationship between pkrbt and the player with respect to the use of the platform. Any prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether oral or written, are superseded by this Agreement.

To register a pkrbt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkrbt does not permit any individual under 21 to register or use the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts and accounts held on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and national identity details as requested.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by pkrbt or requested by you.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not currently hold any other pkrbt account. Only one account per individual natural person is permitted.

pkrbt reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute an obligation on pkrbt to provide ongoing service, and pkrbt may suspend or close any account at any time in accordance with Section 10 of this Agreement.

pkrbt operates a Know Your Customer verification process as required under its international gaming license obligations. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. pkrbt may also require KYC verification at any other point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to when account activity triggers internal risk thresholds.

KYC documentation required by pkrbt may include, but is not limited to:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching the registered mobile number).
• Proof of residential address where required (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).
• A selfie or video verification in some cases, as requested by the pkrbt compliance team.

pkrbt processes KYC submissions within two to five business days under normal circumstances. During peak periods, processing may take longer. Players will be notified by email and/or SMS when KYC has been approved or when additional documentation is required.

pkrbt takes the security of KYC documents very seriously. All identity documentation is stored and handled in accordance with the pkrbt Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by the licensing authority or applicable law.

All financial transactions on the pkrbt platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrbt supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods and associated transaction limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your pkrbt account dashboard.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your pkrbt Real Money Balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. pkrbt does not impose deposit fees, though your mobile wallet or banking provider may apply their own charges, for which pkrbt bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests can only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. pkrbt targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at the time.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and may differ by payment method.
• pkrbt does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party charges from your payment provider are not within pkrbt's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional identity checks at pkrbt's discretion.
• Funds in the Bonus Balance are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• pkrbt reserves the right to void and reclaim any withdrawal that was processed due to a technical error, including software malfunctions that result in incorrect credit amounts.

pkrbt offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term will prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply to all pkrbt promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are credited to your Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal of the associated winnings is permitted. Contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• pkrbt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend bonus terms with notice, and to void bonus funds where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse or policy violation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, exploiting promotional loopholes, and using coordinated wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

pkrbt's casino game library comprises titles sourced exclusively from independently certified game studios. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and verified by recognised third-party testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on every game card within the pkrbt platform.

By participating in casino games on pkrbt, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by pkrbt, the player, or any third party.
• pkrbt is not responsible for any interruption to a game session caused by network failure, power outage, or device issues on the player's side. In the event of a game interruption, pkrbt will endeavour to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Bets already placed at the time of an interruption may be voided and refunded at pkrbt's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own jackpot-specific terms. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment.
• pkrbt may remove games from the platform at any time without prior notice. Games under maintenance or technical review may be temporarily unavailable.

pkrbt does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title, provider, or game category. Changes to the game library do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

The pkrbt sportsbook provides betting markets on cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals, and Tests), football, UFC, kabaddi, and over 30 other sports. All bets placed through the pkrbt sportsbook are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed alongside each market.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when pkrbt issues a confirmed bet receipt. Bets that do not receive a confirmed receipt — due to network issues, odds change, or system processing — are not binding on pkrbt.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. pkrbt is under no obligation to honour odds that have visibly changed before bet confirmation.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For events that start but are abandoned before completion, settlement will be determined in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that event.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time of the applicable market's closure. pkrbt may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during play, without notice.
• Obvious Errors: pkrbt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds that were published as a result of a system error, manual pricing error, or data feed failure. Bets settled at erroneous odds that have already been paid may be recovered.
• Maximum Winnings: pkrbt imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. Limits applicable to each sport and bet type are displayed on the sportsbook platform.

pkrbt reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any player at its sole discretion, including imposing reduced maximum stake limits. This may occur where a player's betting patterns raise integrity concerns, where irregular activity is detected, or for any other reason that pkrbt deems appropriate in the interest of fair operation of the sportsbook.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrbt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one pkrbt account, whether under your own identity or another person's.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the pkrbt platform for any money laundering purpose, including using gambling activity to disguise the origins of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human player behaviour.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets in a manner designed to give an unfair advantage to any party.
• Attempting to access areas of the pkrbt platform or systems that are not intended for public access.
• Using the pkrbt platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to offering services to other players based on your pkrbt activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses pkrbt staff or other players through any communication channel.

pkrbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• The player has breached any term of this Agreement.
• pkrbt receives credible information that the player is under 21 years of age.
• The player's account activity raises concerns related to money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing.
• pkrbt is required to suspend or close the account by any regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• The player requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of this Agreement, pkrbt reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been obtained through a policy violation, that balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at pkrbt's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pkrbt account in good standing may do so by contacting pkrbt support. Remaining real money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following closure.

pkrbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with online gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity, all accessible from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Timers: Players may set a maximum session duration. Upon reaching the limit, the session will end and the player will be logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the pkrbt platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the permanent closure of the account with no option to re-register.

pkrbt takes all self-exclusion requests seriously. Once a self-exclusion is processed, pkrbt will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from creating a new account. Players who are self-excluded are responsible for not attempting to circumvent the exclusion.

All content on the pkrbt platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of pkrbt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrbt platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content or software.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on pkrbt content.
• Use pkrbt trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any external publication, website, or material without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the pkrbt platform.

Any unauthorised use of pkrbt intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or an injunction. Players who become aware of any unauthorised use of pkrbt intellectual property are encouraged to report it to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbt's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrbt shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by events outside pkrbt's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party system failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Any loss suffered as a result of a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any actions taken by pkrbt in good faith compliance with a regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement direction.
• Any error in odds or game outcome caused by a third-party data feed failure, where pkrbt takes corrective action in accordance with the relevant game or sportsbook rules.

Nothing in this Agreement limits pkrbt's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and pkrbt regarding the platform or these Terms and Conditions, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to pkrbt support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. pkrbt aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate it by requesting a formal review in writing to [email protected]. A senior member of the pkrbt compliance team will review the matter and provide a written response within ten business days.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If the dispute remains unresolved following the formal internal review, it may be referred to pkrbt's licensing authority using the dispute resolution mechanism specified under the applicable gaming license. Details of the licensing authority and the applicable referral process will be provided upon request.

During any open dispute, pkrbt may place a temporary hold on the funds in question pending resolution. Players are required to act in good faith throughout the dispute process and to provide all relevant information requested by the pkrbt compliance team.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrbt holds its gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence, to the extent that such laws apply to and cannot be waived in connection with the use of the pkrbt platform.

pkrbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pkrbt will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent update to this Agreement is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the pkrbt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
